Mr. Char has substantial experience in the areas of real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and development; commercial leasing; public finance; condominium hotels; and related areas. He has participated in transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, operation, and/or sale of resort hotels, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, residential condominium projects, timeshare projects, vacant land, on-going business concerns, franchises, and residential and agricultural subdivisions, and has also advised clients on bankruptcy and environmental matters in the context of such transactions.
